As a senior consultant in Change Management with Anderson Consulting (now Accenture), Keith cultivated his knowledge in organization development, corporate culture and organizational communication. Keith also contributed to the growth of Eagle’s Flight, a global experiential training company, as a Vice President of Business Development. While managing a sales team in Austin, Keith added over $3.5 million in sales and delivered hundreds of programs.

Since 2001, Keith has embarked on his own venture as the president of VeraSpark Consulting, a global facilitation, training and coaching company based in Austin, Texas. Keith’s recent clients include Tokyo Electron, Advanced Micro Devices, Freescale Semiconductor, Shell E&P and Shell Services, Baker Hughes, Inc., Luminex Corporation, Texas Instruments, Continental Airlines, the Lower Colorado River Authority, First American Flood Data Services, Leadership Austin, Associated Wholesale Grocers, Caremark Pharmaceuticals, Brinker International (Chili’s), The Scooter Store, Mobile Media Enterprises, The Business Leadership Center at SMU’s Cox School of Business, The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, Heritage Health Services and the Stagen Leadership Institute.

Finally, Keith is proud of the fact that: he’s been married for over 16 years, he has 3 wonderful kids, he is a 5th generation Texan, he served as Willie the Wildcat for Northwestern University for four years and as Bennie the Bull for the Chicago Bulls for two seasons.

Jeff Nelson


Jeff has been providing organizational development consulting services since 1992. His OD/Leadership Development career has been based in both academic and corporate settings and his responsibilities have frequently required both OD design and teaching roles. His corporate experience includes 6 years leading a corporate university responsible for human capital strategies including management development and a comprehensive technical training curriculum. Prior to his corporate experience he was appointed as the William R. Gruver Chair of Leadership Studies at Berea College where he designed the college’s leadership development programs and was co-director of the Entrepreneurship Program there. Jeff also served 24 years in the United States Air Force retiring as a Lt Col and assistant professor in 2004 from the US Air Force Academy (USAFA). At USAFA he was deputy head of the Department of the Behavioral Sciences and taught a variety of psychology/leadership courses while participating in numerous organizational consulting efforts for leaders throughout the Air Force. Currently Jeff is a Partner in Redline Leadership Associates, an international firm that specializes in leadership and management development, strategy, and team effectiveness. When not partnering with leaders and organizations, Jeff enjoys travel with his wife Kathy, reading (especially history), bicycling, fantasy baseball, and following the Chicago Cubs with an inordinate degree of passion.


Jeff holds a PhD in sociology/social psychology from Pennsylvania State University, a MS from the Air Force Institute of Technology in Information Resource Management, and a MA in sociology from Western Illinois University.

As one of the leaders of Training and Development for Southwest Airlines, Delise developed and delivered leadership training to thousands of Employees during the time they were rated one of the Top Ten Companies to work for in America.  She helped create Southwest Airlines’ “University for People,” as well as creating curriculum and culture development for JetBlue Airways, Regent Surgical Health, Zillow, JCPenney, Ashley Furniture, West Penn Hospital, Kettering Healthcare, Hunt Oil, COPA Airlines, Allegiant Air, Dave & Buster’s, GVTC, SwissAir, KwikTrip, LAN Chile Airlines, Los Alamos National Laboratories and the Humane Society of San Antonio. Bob Berger


Bob’s unique background (leadership/management consultant and senior leader in public and private settings-Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at The SCOOTER Store, market researcher and leadership advisor at USAA, US Air Force Academy faculty member,  and Air Force instructor pilot) has given him the opportunity to see and understand organizations and teams in a wide range of settings.

His corporate experience includes ten years at The SCOOTER Store, a provider of power mobility equipment to the elderly and disabled, where he was Chief Marketing Officer managing an $80M advertising budget. He also worked directly with the CEO as Chief of Staff. Other responsibilities during his tenure included leading the corporate university, supervising leadership and executive development programs, and responsibility for corporate strategic planning. Bob also led the Culture and Communications team which was accountable for supporting the unique company culture (twice listed on Fortune’s Best 100 Companies to Work For).

He has also worked at the United Services Automobile Association (USAA) as a researcher and leadership advisor. Before his corporate career, Bob served 21 years as an Air Force officer. He was an instructor pilot in three different aircraft, and a professor in the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership at the US Air Force Academy. He has been consulting for over 10 years and is a partner with Redline Leadership Associates.

Bob has extensive experience with 360 degree feedback, executive coaching, leadership development, and strategic planning. He has also been an adjunct professor at Colorado Technical University, The University of Texas at San Antonio, and Stevens Institute of Technology teaching a wide range of leadership, organizational development, and psychology classes at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. He has developed leadership curriculum and taught leadership courses in corporate settings and at public and private universities.

When not consulting or teaching Bob runs, follows baseball with a passion, travels with his wife Diane, and reads from a wide range of topics both fiction and non-fiction.

an educator and organizational development consultant for over 20 years, working with some of the world’s largest companies as well as a number of early-stage entrepreneurial companies.

His consulting work includes over twenty years coaching and teaching executives and project managers across industries, with a recent focus in the space industry (including teaching program design for Delft University’s SpaceTech in Europe for the past 14 years).  Jeff has extensive experience with leadership curriculum design and delivery, organizational design and feedback, executive coaching, leadership development, and strategic planning.

His corporate experience includes seven years at TSSI, the nation’s largest provider of power mobility equipment to the elderly and disabled, where he was SVP, People. As a senior executive, he had responsibility for Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Corporate Operations, Learning and Organizational Development and the internal Corporate University that partnered with local Universities to award Masters and Undergraduate degrees.  Under Jeff’s leadership, TSSI’s unique culture was twice awarded membership on Fortune’s prestigious Best 100 Companies to Work For list as well as achieving Inc. 500’s designation in Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies list for five year’s running.  Prior to TSSI, Jeff was AVP for Leadership and Organizational Development at United Services Automobile Association (USAA) a 22,000 person company in the Financial Services industry.   There his team of 45 professionals designed and delivered a leadership development curriculum and consulted on major organizational change indicatives across the seven internal companies.  He personally spent time with most senior teams coaching, developing and helping with strategic direction.

Before his corporate career, Jeff was Director of Research Applications for the Air Force’s Leadership and Management Development center.  He finished his Air Force career as a tenured professor and Deputy Head for the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership at the US Air Force Academy where he designed and taught a variety of leadership and psychology courses.

For the past 15 years Jeff has been teaching as an adjunct professor with Delft University in the Netherlands in a Space Systems Engineering Master’s Degree program and with Stevens Institute of Technology teaching tailored classes in leadership, organizational development, and psychology classes.


Jeff holds a PhD in Psycho-Motor Learning from Florida State University, a MA from University of North Dakota in Counseling Psychology, and a BA in Psychology from Florida State University.
